Modern Yachts have become so complicated that their systems can be intimidating where fear of something going wrong that can’t be easily handled is a large enjoyment barrier. However Cape Scott’s mechanical and electrical systems are laid out in a way that are easy to find, easy to understand and operate, easy to repair, and easy to bypass. Critical systems such as fuel transfer, potable water, and bilge evacuation all have side by side redundant or backup pumps. To switch from a primary to secondary unit is as easy as turning clearly labeled valves that move the flow from one unit to the other. Pipes are labeled with both contents and flow direction, and all equipment that could experience a problem is accessible and able to be removed easily.

Simply put, Cape Scotts give you the ability and freedom from worry to safely cruise almost anywhere in the World.
